DuckCreek Project Manager(RARR Job 5254)

Must Have

1 Min 15+ years of experience in Project Management with expertise in Stakeholder Management Risk Management Project Documentation and Status Reporting along with DuckCreek.

2 Healthcare Insurance knowledge is a must

3 Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions

4 Managing communications with all stakeholders and managing both dependencies and syncing between projects

5 Well versed with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

6 Liaising between client team and onsite offshore team and ensuring project completion on time and within budget

7 Accountable for delivery performance meeting customer expectations and driving future demand

8 Establishes clear decision making and communication processes

9 Strong knowledge of budgeting cost management and financial planning to ensure that project delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals

10 Assist Sales presales team in identifying proactive proposals

11 Client Cadence weekly monthly quarterly

12 Identify and drive value addition

13 Coordinates and manage escalations takes preventive and corrective actions

14 Develops and maintains project plans with associated deliverables for all assigned projects

15 Provide professional client interface ensure responsiveness to client requirements and concerns

16 Strong leadership and mentoring skills
