Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to meet business requirements, including Logistics Management and Solution Design.
- Design and develop OTM workflows, ensuring smooth transportation planning and execution processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and XML to handle customizations and integrations.
- Execute end-to-end OTM configurations, from initial setup to post-implementation support.
- Test agents and workflows to validate system functionality and performance.
- Set up transportation modes such as TL, LTL, Rail, and configure various components like Lane, Itinerary, Rate offering, Rate record, commitment in OTM.
- Manage OTM master data, including Contacts, Service Providers, and Locations.
- Configure and optimize the External planning engine to enhance transportation planning efficiency.
- Monitor and fine-tune OTM planning processes and parameters for optimal results.
- Oversee OTM Invoicing Process and ensure accurate and efficient invoicing.
- Lead large OTM implementations with Oracle EBS/SAP interfaces and collaborate with client-facing consulting engagements.
- Develop BI reports and macros to enhance data analysis and issue resolution.
- Interpret OTM logs effectively to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop functional designs that align with business needs.
- Manage multiple priorities, coordinate work across different geographies, and set up monitoring and control mechanisms.
- Build strong working relationships internally and externally to ensure project success.
- Motivate diverse teams and provide leadership to achieve high-quality results.
- Demonstrate expertise in Transportation Management Systems and Oracle EBS/SAP integration.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in OTM configurations, Logistics Management, and Solution Design.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and XML.
- End-to-end OTM configuration experience and expertise in OTM workflow design and development.
- Familiarity with TL, LTL, Rail, and other transportation setups in OTM.
- Comprehensive understanding of various OTM components, including Lane, Itinerary, Rate offering, Rate record, and commitment setup.
- Experience with testing agents, workflows, and handling transportation planning.
- Knowledge of planning parameters and efficient utilization of OTM planning processes.
- Ability to handle OTM Invoicing Process and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Proven track record of successful management consulting or consulting services experience, preferably in a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and develop effective Functional Designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders and management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and teamwork experience.
- Ability to stay updated with current trends and technical advancements in the industry.
