Now we need someone who can knock on the right doors (or LinkedIn inboxes) and say, “Hi, need help hiring?” without sounding creepy.


What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Responsibilities):

  • Find companies that need recruitment support (read: clients with hiring headaches)
  • Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition folks, and people who make hiring decisions
  • Pitch our recruitment services like you mean it – no robotic scripts please
  • Set up meetings, take follow-ups, and get the deal moving
  • Work with our recruitment ninjas to align delivery capacity with client expectations
  • Maintain leads in Excel or CRM (we won’t judge if you color-code your sheet)
  • Be shamelessly curious, persistent, and positive – we like energy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication (especially the kind that doesn’t put people to sleep)
  • Some understanding of recruitment or sales (or willing to fake it till you make it... just kidding, we’ll train you)
  • Knows how to Google, stalk on LinkedIn (ethically), and write decent emails
  • Comfortable doing cold calls – and staying cool after rejection
  • Knows that B2B sales isn’t just tea-and-talk, it’s hustle and follow-up

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked in staffing/recruitment before
  • Know someone in HR – even if it’s your cousin
  • Can crack a joke in a client call without losing the deal
