Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field testing or a related role
Familiarity with tractor design, functionality, and performance.
Hands on experience with Calibration tools including ETAS + INCA
Reporting and documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test results, findings, and recommendations Hands on experience with field data logging tools – Vector tool
Data collection and analysis: Collect and analyze data from field tests, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
Expertise in CRDI Engine/DOC/DPF/SCR/vehicle functions/ dataset management
Good knowledge of Indian and European Regulation standards for engine / vehicle (IS 12207:2008)
Knowledge of analysis tools like Concerto, MDA, Uniplot, etc
Conduct field tests: Plan, execute, and document field tests on tractors to evaluate performance, durability, and reliability
Collaborate with teams: Coordinate with cross-function team (Testing Calibration, design, Quality, manufacturing teams to identify and resolve issues and seamless executions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
