Business Development Executive – Software Sales (ERP, atsMantra, Custom Apps)

Are you good at talking, not just texting? Can you sell a pen... or better, an ERP?
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s got a way with people, some tech curiosity, and the hunger to help MSMEs level up with our SaaS products.

What you’ll sell (besides your charm):

• Our Cloud ERP for MSMEs
• atsMantra – Our Applicant Tracking System (it even talks to ChatGPT 👀)
• Custom software/mobile/web app development

What you’ll actually do:

• Talk to leads and turn “Maybe” into “Let’s do it”
• Send witty follow-ups (or serious ones, your call)
• Demo products with enough energy to light up a Zoom call
• Coordinate with our tech and recruitment teams to get stuff delivered
• Occasionally hunt on LinkedIn, Justdial, IndiaMART, or wherever business hides

You should apply if you:

• Can pitch like Shark Tank, even if you don’t have a suit
• Know what an ERP is (or are willing to Google it real quick)
• Are okay with small targets and big learning
• Can work with a growing team that’s building cool stuff

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in software sales
• You can crack a joke and a deal in the same call
