Certified Pega Senior System Architect • Participate in the full delivery life cycle for BPM development and systems integrations • Participate in User story elaborations to capture business requirement. • Design and development reusable asset for various system integration. • Systems Integration using REST, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, IMAP, SMTP, SOAP protocol. • Design and implement Case management, workflows, data pages, Declare expressions etc. • Maintain and develop expert knowledge of industry best practices • Ability to apply key concepts and techniques in the design and building of components of a multi-process application • Coaching and mentoring team members on their day to day project tasks • Responsible for various quality governance activities like Design review, design documents, Exception handling documents, Alert analysis, log Analysis,SQL query analysis, Code review. Low level design document review etc. • Change request analysis and estimation. • Assisting/resolving Production problems.
