Alarm Management Honeywell Dynamo(RARR Job 3064)

Primary Job Requirements

 

• Strong Hands on experience in designing and implementing solutions using PAS PSS, Honeywell Dynamo any other Alarm Management software.

 

• Strong technical skills on Yokogawa/Wonderware/Honeywell/Siemens/Emersons Control Systems.

 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

 

• Project management skills (cost, schedule, resource, stewardship)

 

• Willing and able to accept some travel

 

• Self-directed and able to work under minimal supervision

 

• Minimum BS Chemical / Electrical Engineering

 

• A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.

 

• Strong Programming skills.

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

 

• 9+ years of Process Control experience is preferred

 

• Experience implementing DCS/SCADA control applications

 

• Knowledge of refining and chemical processes

 

• Process engineering background to effectively interact with Operators and Process Engineers.

 

• Database management (SQL queries) knowledge.

 

• Prior experience mentoring and coaching less experienced co-workers"

 

Application reconfiguration to reflect PDGS side changes/modifications

Application upgrades to make them compatible with Edge and future versions of Google Chrome

Modifying existing Interface changes with current application and testing the applications after the change

New Tag Creation, Tag Sync

Building new historian servers for new upcoming plants (if any)

Building interface with new applications with existing and new historian servers

Creation of new SQL plus reports

•             New Dashboards requirements as requested by Plants

•             New tag calculations in Aspen-Calc covering new reporting requirements from plants."
