AI/ML Risk Management – Cybersecurity & GRC Specialist(RARR Job 5279)

We are looking for a skilled professional with a unique combination of expertise in AI/ML risk management, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping, implementing, and monitoring AI governance frameworks and risk controls across our AI/ML ecosystem in alignment with regulatory and internal cybersecurity policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Governance Knowledge

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, AI/ML governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.

• Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, risk principles, and global compliance requirements.

• Experience handling AI governance tickets, validating AI/ML use cases, and ensuring alignment with organizational governance policies.

• Knowledge of data quality, metadata classification, and structured/unstructured data used in risk assessments.

2. Technical Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML governance tools and model lifecycle management platforms.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills: cleaning, extracting, and interpreting data for AI governance decisions.

• Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA for workflow and compliance tracking.

• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C# for automation (preferred, not mandatory).

3. Project Management & Reporting

• Proven ability to manage AI/ML governance workflows including ticket processing, validation, and compliance tracking.

• Maintain a centralized model inventory (metadata, classification, risk ownership).

• Prepare reports and contribute to internal audits, regulatory documentation, and monitoring reviews.

4. Soft Skills & Stakeholder Engagement

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills (cybersecurity, risk, data science, compliance teams).

• Proactive, organized, and able to respond to ad-hoc governance issues under tight timelines.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

5. Experience

• Prior experience in cybersecurity, AI ethics, or technology risk management.

6. Advanced Technical Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML models, risk scoring methodologies, and bias/fairness metrics.

• Exposure to data visualization tools for governance reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Hands-on with workflow automation to improve governance efficiency.

7. Governance & Committee Support

• Experience supporting AI risk assessments, governance meetings, or program boards.

• Familiarity with governance platforms for tracking model compliance lifecycle.
