Senior Manager- Finance(Peo Job No 73)

• Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements of monthly, quarterly and yearly based on IGAAP & IND AS.
• • Liaison with Statutory Auditor and Tax Auditors for completion of audit of books of Accounts within prescribed timeline (Big 4 auditor experience is preferable).
• • Preparation of group consolidation of financials.
• • Conversion of foreign subsidiary into Indian GAAP. • Ensure monthly closing of books of Accounts (monthly accruals) on time with accuracy.
• • GL scrutiny and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• • Experience in Fixed Asset Register as per financials. • Working knowledge and Proficient in SAP module.
• • Make changes and adopt changes in SAP from time to time.
• • To ensure proper accounting standards followed and 100% accuracy of expense booking.
• • To ensure finalization of company books of accounts at desired deadlines without qualifications
