Key Responsibilities of the Position

1️⃣ Recruitment & Exit Process

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including CV sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit formalities.

2️⃣ Candidate Sourcing

• Utilize online job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) for talent acquisition.

3️⃣ Attendance & Payroll Management

• Monitor employee attendance and provide payroll & incentives input.

4️⃣ Administrative Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace management, including canteen, housekeeping, transport, guest stay & travel, security, and stationery.

5️⃣ Admin MIS & Inventory Management

• Track material inventory and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Document Minutes of Meetings (MOM).

6️⃣ Stationery Management

• Generate stationery requirements and handle purchasing processes.

7️⃣ Legal Compliance

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

8️⃣ Training & Development

• Manage training initiatives and prepare audit documentation.
