Brand Manager(Peo Job No 101)

Restructuring Projects:

• Work closely with the Management and coordinate with the External Branding Consultant to develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the Group’s vision and growth objectives.
• Spearhead brand refresh/rebranding exercises along with the external Branding Consultant, working alongside leadership to establish consistent messaging and design across all platforms.

Creative Collateral & Design Oversight

• Coordinate with external Branding Consultants on design and production for all creative collateral—ranging from festival greetings, certificates, and corporate gifts to cover designs, event banners, and internal communication materials—ensuring alignment with management’s vision and expectations.

External Consultant Coordination

• Collaborate with external branding agencies and consultants, ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines and project deadlines.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, manage contracts, and oversee quality and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management & “Implant” Oversight

• Act as the primary “implant” for branding project management, coordinating cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Production) to ensure timely and seamless execution of all branding activities.
• Maintain a project calendar and deliver regular updates to stakeholders on milestones, budgets, and outcomes.
