Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects to identify, analyze, and eliminate process defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement robust improvement plans to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and techniques to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Mentor and coach Black Belt candidates and Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify process improvement opportunities and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Develop and present project results to executive leadership, effectively communicating the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
