We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and a deep understanding of modern UI frameworks. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and technical implementation, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Translate business needs and user research into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design and develop responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React).
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries.
- Ensure consistency in branding, UI patterns, and design standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, design trends, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Boot Strap, JavaScript, and at least one front-end framework (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Good understanding of REST APIs, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
