Senior AI/ML Engineer – Telecom(NCS/Job/ 1597)

We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer focused on building intelligent telecom systems. Candidate can  implement ML pipelines to support use cases such as network anomaly detection, RF optimization, and intelligent fault correlation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ML/DL models for computer vision, NLP, or recommendation systems.
• Build and deploy ML models for spectrum efficiency, capacity forecasting, and QoE predictions.
• Apply deep learning for log anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
• Develop scalable inference pipelines for real-time telecom data processing.
• Integrate ML solutions into OSS/NOC dashboards and decision-making engines.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of telecom protocols (e.g., SNMP, NetConf, gNMI), 4G/5G network topologies would be added advantage.
• Experience with anomaly detection, autoencoders, transformer-based NLP in logs.
• Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI tools (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).

• Strong knowledge of MLOps best practices.
