Job Title:  Salesforce Developer + Devops Lead

Key Responsibilities:

•      Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies available in the Salesforce ecosystem.

•      Collaborate with functional teams to develop a thorough understanding of their requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.

•      Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and follows the standard coding conventions.

•      Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to identify and resolve any bugs, defects, or performance issues.

•      Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure high-quality code is being produced.

•      Continuously evaluate new and emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend appropriate solutions to meet business needs.

•      Create and maintain technical documentation including design, test cases, and user guides.

•      Responsible to support the setup and maintenance of DevOps environments tailored to Salesforce applications

•      Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce to streamline development and deployment processes

•      Manage Salesforce Security setup and configurations to safeguard data and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•      5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.

•      Experience in designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

•      Proven experience in real-life implementations of Salesforce projects involving complex business logic, integrating with different systems through APIs, etc.

•      Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex, and declarative tools including Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows.

•      Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Salesforce.

•      Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

•      Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer certifications are mandatory. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Integration Architecture, or Solution Architecture are a plus.

•      2-3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps management with hands-on experience of Salesforce DevOps Workbench

•      Proficiency in setting up and managing DevOps’ environments for Salesforce applications.

•      Knowledge of DevOps Tools (e.g. GitHub, Copado, AutoRabbit, etc.) for efficient release management and version control.

•      Certified or Trained in Salesforce DevOps Tools (e.g. Certified Salesforce DevOps Engineer Copado Certified Administrator)
