Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, LWC, and modern Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact CRM capabilities that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality LWC-based solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries using LWC.
• Write Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to support business logic and integrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Collaborate with functional consultants, QA engineers, and admins to understand business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• 3+ years specifically working with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, SFDX).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms using APIs.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
