QA Automation Engineer -Core + AI-Based Testing (NCS/Job/ 1699)

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in core test automation tools and a strong interest or exposure to AI-based or next-gen testing technologies. The role combines traditional test automation expertise with the ability to bring speed, efficiency, and innovation into our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain robust automated test scripts using:
  • Selenium + Cucumber for UI testing
  • RestAssured for API testing
  • JMeter for performance testing
• Collaborate with the QA team to improve automation strategy and test coverage
• Introduce and apply AI/ML-based testing tools to accelerate test development, reduce flakiness, and improve maintenance
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and participate in regression and smoke test cycles
• Evaluate modern tools and approaches for visual testing, self-healing, and smart test generation

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in test automation for UI and API layers.
  • Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD)

• • RestAssured or similar API testing tools
  • JMeter for performance/load testing
• Strong in Java or Python for test scripting
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI-based testing tools, such as:
  • Testim.io, Applitools, Mabl, or Functionize
  • Use of GitHub Copilot or equivalent for automation scaffolding/test generation

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools and technologies, especially in the AI-assisted testing space.
