UX Designer

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality designs that effectively communicate design directions and detailed designs
• Plan and conduct interviews, user tests/surveys, usability tests and other design research to inform design decisions.
• Design and prototype elegant solutions for web applications used across regions and different teams within the Compliance division of the firm.
• Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to identify research questions, refine system design and build solutions that improve user experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product, interaction, or user experience design OR Master’s degree in design, human factors, Industrial design, or related fields.
• User-centric design experience with data intensive and transaction-oriented applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build interactive prototypes with knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Illustrator, Balsamiq etc..
• Experience with user centered design processes and best principles with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Proven experience designing interactive applications that have been developed and achieved great user adoption.
• Practical understanding of the technologies used to build rich web and desktop apps
