JD:

• Tools Experience: Salesforce Lightening, Any Test Management tool, Postman and Informatica ETL
• Design and execute system testing for Salesforce applications on sales and service clouds.
• Comfortable with Salesforce terminologies, objects, modules, and data models.
• Able to read through salesforce debug logs and any external api log files in troubleshooting defects.
• Understand how External applications (api's or external databases) be called to/from salesforce.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features and functionalities.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability when needed.

Additional skills:

1. MongoDB (Database Testing & Validation)

2. API testing using postman

3. Salesforce SOQL using workbench or Salesforce Inspector

4. Anypoint Monitoring (MuleSoft logs)
