Splunk Developer(NCS/Job/ 1184)

We are looking for a skilled Splunk Developer to design, implement, and maintain Splunk-based monitoring and alerting solutions across our infrastructure. You will work closely with security, operations, and development teams to create dashboards, alerts, and reports that provide visibility into our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Splunk dashboards, alerts, reports, and data models.

• Ingest and normalize data from various sources into Splunk using forwarders, APIs, and scripts.

• Optimize Splunk performance by indexing strategies and search tuning.

• Work with teams to define and implement logging standards and best practices.

• Develop and maintain Splunk apps and add-ons as needed.

• Troubleshoot data ingestion issues, search performance problems, and permission conflicts.

• Support SIEM and security monitoring use cases (if applicable).

• Document Splunk configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Train internal teams on Splunk usage and best practices.
