Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 9–12 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
✅ Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
✅ Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for ServiceNow projects.
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.
✅ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Agile Development, or Confluence.
✅ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and reporting.
✅ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with development teams.
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
