Key Features of SAP SD LE Integration:

1. Sales Order and Delivery Management:

   • When a customer order is placed in the SAP SD module, it creates a sales order. After the order is confirmed, the relevant delivery document is created, which triggers the logistics execution in the SAP LE module.
   • The SD module captures the customer’s requirements, and the LE module handles the physical movement of goods.

2. Goods Movement and Stock Updates:

   • As goods are picked, packed, and shipped in the warehouse (under SAP LE), stock quantities are updated accordingly. This process ensures that the inventory in both SD and LE is synchronized.

3. Shipping and Transportation:

   • In SAP LE, the goods can be assigned to specific transportation routes, and logistics processes (like scheduling of shipments, transportation planning, and shipment tracking) are managed, ensuring smooth and timely delivery to customers.
