Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD Implementation & Configuration:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions, including:
- Order Management (Sales Orders, Quotations, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements)
- Pricing, Taxation, and Rebates
- Delivery Processing, Shipping, and Transportation Management
- Billing, Invoicing, and Credit/Debit Memo processing
- Integrate SAP SD with FI (Financial Accounting), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).
- Implement Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Sales, and Consignment Processes.
SAP CS Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure SAP CS for managing service orders, notifications, warranties, and repair processes.
- Implement Installed Base Management, Equipment Records, and Serial Number Tracking.
- Set up Resource-Related Billing (RRB) and Service Contracts.
- Integrate SAP CS with SD, PM (Plant Maintenance), and FI modules.
Process Optimization & Integration:
- Optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Service-to-Cash (S2C) processes for improved efficiency.
- Develop custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces using SAP ABAP, BAPIs, and BADIs.
- Integrate with CRM, EWM, and external customer portals.
Support, Training & Troubleshooting:
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for SAP SD and CS processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SD/CS issues, ensuring system performance and data accuracy.
- Perform SAP system upgrades and migrations to SAP S/4HANA.
