Job Title: SAP PP Consultant with Variant Configuration (VC)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant with Variant Configuration (VC) to design, configure, and optimize production planning and configurable product processes in SAP. The role involves working with business stakeholders to streamline manufacturing operations, manage complex product configurations, and integrate SAP PP with other modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP PP solutions, including demand planning, MRP, production orders, and shop floor control.
• Configure SAP Variant Configuration (VC) for complex product structures, dependencies, and pricing.
• Integrate SAP PP/VC with other modules such as SD, MM, and PLM.
• Optimize master data management, including material master, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities for SAP PP/VC implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) with Variant Configuration (LO-VC).
• Expertise in configurable materials, super BOMs, super routings, and dependency management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration and writing functional specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
