Job description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module and a proven track record of successful SAP implementations. As a SAP PM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure SAP PM solutions, and provide expertise in the area of Plant Maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build Functional Designs for SAP Plant Maintenance processes based on business requirements and document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Responsible to provide sustainment and project activities to deliver CUSTOMER foundation primarily in area of SAP Plant Maintenance(PM)
• Develop an understanding to maintain and support existing CUSTOMER SAP PM applications through tickets/incident management in accordance to the SLA
• Design, implement and optimize sustainable solutions or enhancements through SAP PM configurations and development activities based on best business practices in alignment to CUSTOMER IS architectural standards
• Provide business process support, transformation and SAP PM expertise to the mechanical and engineering team in the area of asset maintenance and reliability process to meet maintenance and regulatory commitment
• Conduct blueprinting, requirement analysis, impact assessment, product demonstration and training workshops
• Collaborate with other IS technical, PMO, Change Management, architecture and business teams to deliver projects and operational activities
• 5-10 years of SAP PM with EAM implementation experience ,worked on Status Management in Notification &Maintenance Order. Must have experience in SAP PM integration with other tools
• Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in SAP PM / LAM is required
• SAP PM functionality proficiency with at least 1+ full lifecycle of SAP projects implementations and deployments
• Have experience in data migration and conversion activities
• Have experience with Project delivery methodologies and System Development Life Cycle
