Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support SAP IS-U solutions for utility companies.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IS-U functional designs.

Work on Billing, Invoicing, Metering, Customer Service, and FICA processes.

Integrate SAP IS-U with other SAP and third-party applications.

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Provide end-user training and support.
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience in SAP IS-U implementation or support.
-
Strong knowledge of Billing, Device Management, and FICA.
-
Experience with CIN, EDM, and deregulated markets is a plus.
-
Knowledge of SAP ABAP for debugging and enhancements is an advantage.
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
