Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to develop, enhance, and support HR-related functionalities within SAP HCM. The role involves designing and implementing custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms (HRFORMS, SmartForms), and workflows in SAP HR modules, including Payroll, Time Management, and Organizational Management. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements, optimize existing solutions, and ensure smooth system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP HR programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Work with SAP HR modules such as Payroll, Time Management, and PA/OM.
• Implement HRFORMS, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms for HR reporting.
• Debug and optimize existing ABAP HR solutions.
• Support SAP HR enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancements Framework.
• Integrate SAP HR with third-party systems using IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
• Collaborate with HR business users and functional consultants for requirement gathering and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP HR development.
• Knowledge of Payroll Schema, Time Schema, and PNP/PCH Logical Databases.
• Experience with HR-specific BAPIs, Function Modules, and LDBs.
• Understanding of SAP HR security and authorization concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR Workflows is a plus.
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills.
