SAP Consultant (EHS)(NCS/Job/ 442)

Key Responsibilities:

SAP EHS Implementation & Configuration:

• Configure and implement SAP EHS modules, including Product Safety, Incident Management, Hazardous Substance Management, Industrial Hygiene & Safety, and Occupational Health.
• Develop and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Dangerous Goods Classification, and Safety Labels.
• Ensure compliance with REACH, OSHA, GHS, and other global safety regulations.
• Configure workflows for incident reporting, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Implement Regulatory Content Integration (RCI) for automatic regulatory updates.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

• Work with stakeholders to improve EHS reporting, compliance tracking, and audit processes.
• Integrate SAP EHS with SAP MM, SD, QM, and PP to streamline safety processes in supply chain and production.
• Enable real-time risk monitoring and compliance tracking through SAP Fiori-based dashboards.
• Optimize workplace safety measures and health surveillance programs.

Integration & Data Management:

• Manage integrations with external regulatory bodies and environmental reporting agencies.
• Configure interfaces for substance volume tracking and sustainability reporting.
• Develop custom reports and analytics using SAP BW, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Support & Maintenance:

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EHS-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and testing for SAP EHS enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end users and safety officers on SAP EHS functionalities.
