Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP CS (Customer Service) module.

  • Handle service notifications, service orders, warranties, and contracts.

  • Integrate SAP CS with SD, PM, MM, and FI/CO modules.

  • Provide end-user training and documentation.

  • Work on enhancements, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAP CS module.

  • Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, PM, and MM.

  • Experience in custom developments (ABAP debugging is a plus).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • SAP certification in CS is an advantage.
