Key Roles and Responsibilities of an SAP CRM Functional Consultant:

1. Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
2. Configuration: Configure the SAP CRM system according to business requirements, covering various areas such as:
   • Sales Management (Lead management, opportunity management, quotations, and orders).
   • Marketing (Campaign management, segmentation, target group management).
   • Service Management (Service request, service order management).
   • Interaction Center (Call center operations, inbound/outbound communication management).
3. Customization: Customize standard SAP CRM functionalities based on the business processes and requirements.
4. Integration: Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (like SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP BI) and third-party systems.
5. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the system works as expected.
6. Training: Provide training and documentation to end users to help them understand the system and processes.
7. Support: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements or fixes.
