SFMC Consultant/SFMC Lead:
a Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
b Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into marketing automation strategies.
c Develop and execute personalized, data-driven customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
d Create and manage SQL queries, AMPscript, and scripting within SFMC for dynamic content and automation.
e Integrate SFMC with CRM (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud) and third-party platforms using APIs, data extensions, and connectors.
f Optimize marketing automation workflows and campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
