Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell products tailored to the door industry and hardware trade.
- Provide technical advice and support to our partners and customers
- Conduct presentations to partners, customers and architects and participate in trade fairs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and industry professionals.
2. Client Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Analyse competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in *language* (native or advanced proficiency), English (required)
- Proven experience in sales of technical products, ideally within the door industry or hardware sector.
- Familiarity with the architectural business and contact network in the construction sector.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
