JD for SF QA Lead  : 

·  Minimum of 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce testing.  
·  Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
Understand Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
·  Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
·  Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing progress and issues.
·  Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.
·  Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
·  Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Salesforce projects.
·  Define test scope, objectives, and timelines.
·  Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities.
·  Determine appropriate testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
·  Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
·  Ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
·  Manage test environments and data.
·  Track and report on testing progress and metrics.
·  Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect logging, tracking, and resolution.
·  Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
·  Ensure timely and accurate reporting of defects.
·  Perform root cause analysis to prevent future defects.
