Job Description

Why This Role Is Valuable

The People Operations Center of Excellence position is an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) team responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and management of P&C data and analytics for 10 portfolio partners. This role will support Workday’s employee transactions and assist with reporting and data auditing.

How You Add Value Operations:

  • Data management of new hires, promotions, compensation changes, supervisor changes, transfers, and terminations. Ensure all employee data changes are entered timely and accurately and appropriate internal departments are notified as necessary.
  • Perform audits of data management processes in Workday and Insperity and remediate as necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy across both systems.
  • Support HRBP’s, employees and managers with Workday navigation.
  • Execute the new hire process, including sending onboarding surveys to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Support the Workday employee business process changes and corresponding memos accurately.
  • Resolve employee questions promptly and accurately through Workday Help case management system.
  • Support and build relationships with the P&C business partners. Assist with various programs as needed such as performance appraisal, talent management and engagement.
  • Urgently update payroll processing information, download reports to assess data accuracy, and conduct audits to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all analytics.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Required:

  • Three years previous experience in HR using Workday HCM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
