Why This Role Is Valuable  

An individual in this role will be responsible for assisting with the weekly payroll processes, ensuring over 1,650+ employees are paid correctly. Partner closely with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) provider, Insperity, on payroll and timekeeping processes and procedures

How You Add Value

  • Review Time & Attendance data for accuracy and work with managers to resolve errors.
  • Perform payroll-related functions including but not limited to payroll processing, audits, and record maintenance.
  • Provide a consistent, high level of customer service such as answering employee questions regarding payroll, timekeeping and compliance and escalate as necessary to seek resolution.
  • Monitor and respond to emails via the payroll in-box and return calls within a timely manner.
  • Develop and respond to requests for reports related to employee data, payroll, benefits, etc. according to reporting schedule.
  • Keep abreast on all state and federal laws regarding payroll.
  • Liaison with third party processing company for timely and accurate filing, payment and reconciliation of all agencies required reporting.
  • Work with third parties to ensure appropriate processing of garnishment requests and be able to update the payroll system manually when needed.
  • Documents payroll processes and procedures
  • Resolve moderate to semi-complex problems that arise.
  • Special projects and additional duties will be assigned on a regular basis.

 

 

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
  • Solid knowledge of payroll function including preparation, auditing, and balancing.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Understand State and Federal payroll and tax regulations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible.
  • Experience in Workday and ADP Smart Compliance.

Shift: Night Shift

Timings: 6pm-3.30am 

Work Mode: Remote/Work from Home(Permanent)
