- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics, and networking.
- Experience of minimum 1- 2 Years in L1 level Cisco/Ruckus Networking.
- Experience in handling the Support calls
- Experience in Cisco Campus Networking products and technologies including Cisco 9200/9300 switches.
- Experience in Cisco/Ruckus Campus Networking products and technologies including Cisco/Ruckus Access Points, Cisco and Ruckus Controllers, ISE, Prime
- Experience in L1 troubleshooting in Wireless Networking.
- Daily monitoring / incident Reports.
- Coordination with Cisco/Ruckus TAC for Issues needing support & RMA.
