Java NMS Development Engineer with TAPI(NCS/Job/ 256)

 Java NMS Development engineer who has knowledge of TAPI Standard & has worked on Transport-API for Optical Networks.

Location : Bangalore/Chennai

Experience : 5-12 Years

Job Description:

• Looking for leads and engineers who can understand TAPI Standard & has worked on Transport-API for Optical Networks
• Be able to discuss the feature with the product owner and architect for understanding the requirements
• Be able to compare design approaches and push the design with the architect and stakeholders with appropriate reasoning
• Take ownership of features development in MLPCE((Multi-Layer Path Computation Engine) component in the product
• Be able to do and drive Junit & Static Analysis code Coverage as needed.
• Work with different stakeholders for successfully deliver the enhancement into stages of testing and production
• Should be able to develop the features and code at agreeable standards
• Should be able to work in agile environment and be able to break up the features in stories for staggered release

A typical engineer:

• Has 5-8 years of experience experienced in developing SDN or NMS products in enterprise-grade Java applications
• Experience in using DB, preferably Graph DB, Cassandra DB etc.
• Object Oriented analysis and design using design patterns.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills and can-do attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Microservice experience will be an advantage, not a must..
• Be familiar with CICD implementation and standards for development
• Should have worked in agile and is failure with tools for that
