FLOWONE NEI DEVELOPER

Must have:

• Experience in Nokia FlowOne product – Java NEI Development
• Experience in developing and customizing solutions using Nokia FlowOne NEI SDK.
• Nokia-Comptel Instant-link / FlowOne implementation experience with a core focus
• on design, development and integration.
• Strong expertise in Telecom - OSS, Assurance and Fulfilment domain.
• Minimum 6 years of OSS Telecom domain & Service Provisioning and Activation
• Handson experience in Core Java development.
• Experience on Unix, Shell/Perl Scripting, OpenSSL/SSH.
• Knowledge of REST APIs/CLI/XML/SOAP/SOA and Web services
• Familiarity with tools like SOAP UI and Postman.
• Good Knowledge of Telecom and networking esp. Optical networks, IP networking, GPON etc.
• Knowledge of protocols such as SMPP, SNMP.
• Good knowledge of SQL.

Technical Experience & Skills:

• Experience in building NEI software adaptors to bridge FlowOne InstantLink to various types of Network Elements.
• Experience in NEI interface design and development.
• Excellent knowledge of Core Java. FlowOne NEI Implementation using Java.
• Experience in Relational databases e.g. PostgreSQL Server/SQL server etc.
• Experience on Unix, Shell/Perl, Python Scripting, OpenSSL/SSH.
• Knowledge of REST APIs/XML/SOAP/SOA and Web services.
• Understanding of JSON structure and XML parsing
• Familiarity with creating simulators in Java, along with tools like SOAP UI and Postman.
• Knowledge of protocols such as SMPP, SNMP,
• Experience working with file-based protocols such as SFTP and FTP for data exchange.
• Experience in configuring and managing transaction workflows in LDAP. Have basic idea of Fixed-Format Transaction Data Template, LDAP Data Interchange Format (LDIF) template etc.
• Deep knowledge of 4G, and 5G call flows
• Good Knowledge of Telecom and networking (Optical networks, IP networking, GPON, OLT, ONU, Ports, Switches, Routers etc.)
• Experience in Agile and JIRA as a way of working & delivery.
• Experience in DevOps process in any cloud platform.
• Experience collaborating with team to enhance deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI etc.)
• Nokia FlowOne training and certifications recommended.
