Dynamics 365(FLS)(NCS/Job/ 1251)

Key Responsibilities:

Customize & extend Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)

Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, PCFs, Web Resources (C#, JavaScript)

Configure Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, BPFs, and business rules

Provide L3 support for incident resolution, bug fixes, and performance optimization

Design scalable solutions using Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Cloud Flows, Logic Apps

Integrate with external systems (REST APIs, Azure Services, SharePoint)

Manage solution packaging and deployment via Azure DevOps

Ensure adherence to Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform best practices

Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

Proven L3 support experience with Dynamics 365 CE

Strong C#/.NET development (Plugins & Custom Workflows)

Client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript)

Power Platform (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)

Strong knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, BPFs

Experience with solution lifecycle management

Integration (APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Custom connectors)

Azure DevOps (Version control, Power Platform Build Tools, Pipelines)

Nice-to-Have:

Exposure to Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Power BI

Familiarity with Dual-write, D365 F&O integration, or Virtual Entities
