DataStage Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using IBM DataStage.
• Collaborate with data analysts and architects to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Optimize and enhance the performance of ETL jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
• Implement data quality and data governance policies.
• Document ETL processes and workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all data integration activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ETL development using IBM DataStage.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with various databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
