Job Description

Role: Data Scientist

Role Overview:
We're looking for an intermediate to senior-level Data Scientist with a strong background in statistics and data science, and deep proficiency in R.

This role focuses on validating the accuracy and robustness of KPIs used in Tableau dashboard s and the upstream data pipelines feeding into them. The backend for these processes is built in R, so the ability to read, understand, and work directly with R code is essential—not just general programming experience. This is a legacy environment, and R skills are critical for success. Python alone will not be sufficient.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in R (must be able to read and work with R code)
• Solid experience in Statistics or Data Science
• Good command of SQL
• Ability to independently assess and troubleshoot analytical results and data flows

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Tableau
• Familiarity with SPSS scripting
