Working closely with Program Managers to meet expected Process Improvement Targets
Responsible for Collaboration with Data Engineering, BI and other teams within MIQ for end-to-end delivery
Identify opportunities for conferences, university collaborations, meetups and other team initiatives
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
10+ years of experience across Machine learning, Optimization, NLP, Deep Learning & Gen AI
Experience in managing high performance data science/analytics team .
End-to-end ML Implementation using ML Ops frameworks (code modularization, design, scaling)
Cloud Infrastructure, basic data engineering principles
Experiment testing framework (A/B Testing, hypothesis testing, Canary, Pre/Post)
Experience with at-least one programming language - Python, R (Exposure to multiple is a plus)
Experience of end-to-end data science solution development using agile framework.
Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
