Key Responsibilities:
Excellent communication must
Investor Relationship experience and client Onboarding exp must
AML and KYC exp
Fund operation exp
•Manage the investor requests mailbox related to Blackstone funds and responding back to investor queries in a timely manner
.•Create and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.
•Updating templates and questionnaires received from limited partners on quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis
.•Liaising with the multiple teams and consolidating the information or data based on LP’s requirement
.•Assisting the NY team on tasks related to investor onboarding and fund onboarding.
•Onboard LP contact and wire instructions
.•Reading and interpreting LPAs.
•Work closely with the multiple teams in NY and consolidating the information or data based on process requirement
•Assist NY team on various ad-hoc projects and activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
•Post Graduate with relevant experience of 2-3 years.
•Ideally has work based exposure to or knowledge of:oAccounting/Audit FunctionsoMiddle/Back Office OperationsoCorporate Accounting
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong technical accounting skills
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Detail oriented
•Proactive, eager to learn and must operate with the highest level of integrity.
•Ability to work in a fast paced professional environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines
•Effectively work and communicate with members of the team to ensure established deadlines are being metin an efficient, accurate and thorough manner
•Actively participate and contribute to initiatives that generate greater accuracy in processing efficiencies.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required
