AEM QA Manager with Automation

• Worked with team in creation of test cases to validate page templates, components, and Page/DAM properties. Reviewed test scripts created by the team. Driven and followed up on Client reviews and sign off
• Authored pages and validated against design documents. Validated properties and values in CRXDE. Validated responsive behavior on MAC, devices. Performed cross browser validation
• Performed extensive testing on workflow validation - participant steps, process steps, AND/OR Splits, delegating steps, step back. Suspending, Resuming and Terminating a workflow instance
• Validated workflow email notifications. Monitored the status of workflow instances
• Experienced in testing web application in area of Functional, Cross Platform & Accessibility
• Testing experience of CMS & if AEM would be an added advantage
• Well versed in working with Agile Scrum team
• Should be open to learn new tools as per project need. Ex: Performance, etc.
• Design and script automation framework and or extend existing frameworks which can run use-cases, scenarios end to end in multi-component environments.
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with different scrum teams to identify potential automation use cases for maximum ROI
• Establish and use test automation guidelines.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
• Periodic support during critical production releases
• Automate end to end test, integration test, smoke test and user acceptance test
• Specify test scenarios and test data for highly complex business and software by analysing the integrated components and data flow
• Devising automation frameworks for web applications exception handling, object storage, data handling, reporting
• Working knowledge of Test Management Tools and Integration with the test management tool
• Walkthrough the Test strategy and Test design documents with Business to get their feedbacks / approvals.
• Work with a team to ensure each deliverable meets quality and timeline goals
• Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes
• Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery
• Collaborate with other QA teams to accomplish all daily QA tasks on time with a high level of quality
• Should have experience in designing the automation framework using Selenium/Java/TestNG/BDD
• Hands on Experience in Test Script Development
• Sound knowledge of Java is required
• Experience and knowledge of APIs, Web Services concepts, and tools
• Ability to manage complex projects that implement test automation framework(s) and integrate with CI/CD pipeline
• Good understanding of web API and database testing technologies
