Job Title: Adobe Analytics & AEP Specialist
Primary Skill: Adobe Analytics & Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Experience Required:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Developer / Software Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology.
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), SQL, and REST APIs.
Must-Have Skills:
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Architecture:
- Define AEP architecture and design changes based on Adobe best practices.
- Build AEP Data Models, Data Flows, and Jobs.
- Implement and enhance AEP-related changes as per technical design specifications.
- Strong understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
- Expertise in Identity Graph, Query Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, Segmentation Service, and Data Science Workspace.
Adobe Analytics & Data Management:
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, or other tag management systems.
- Ability to configure data collection using Experience Platform Launch and map the collected data into XDM.
- Strong expertise in customer and digital marketing data, segmentation opportunities, and various measurement techniques.
- Solid understanding of web analytics, online marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
Customer Journey & Personalization:
- Hands-on experience in building customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer (CJO).
- Understanding of Offer Decisioning within AEP.
- Experience in Adobe IO and App Builder is a plus.
Client & Business Strategy:
- Excellent client management skills with strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze client business needs and present end-to-end marketing solutions.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to suggest alternate solutions and approaches for complex technical and functional scenarios.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions.
- Strong understanding of web traffic management, website analytics, and digital communication strategies.
