Job Skills

To keep the books of account updated on a regular basis for project-wise and company-wise accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards in India.
Preparing periodic balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements
Vendor KYC, creation in accounting software, validating initial documents.
Preparing voucher files for all RCS projects and RAF.
Sending scanned copies of vouchers and supporting bills to auditors, head office or any other stakeholders
To prepare Bank Payments, both Domestic/Foreign
Regularisation of administration advances on monthly basis
To verify employee reimbursement claims and regularise the payments
To make travel arrangements for business purposes with approved vendors
To keep expense schedules ready for Finance Team regularly
Co-ordination with Finance Team for audit purposes on a regular basis
