Job Skills

Job Description

Project Manager certification such as Prince2 or similar
Knowledge UKG methodology obtained in a UKG project implementation
Ability across to cover 2 timezones, whilst providing excellent coordination and continuation
Experience working with Agile methodology
Experience working with DEVOps
Experience project managing across complex Programs, aligning plans with other ongoing projects.
Experience working with internal and external team members across multiple time zones and cultures
Experience in stakeholder management would be added advantage
Awareness about Resource Planning, Ramp-up and Ramp-down required for effective team management
