Program Analyst(NCS/Job/ 1721)

1. Develop and maintain plans and timelines for all work within a team, including project and operational deliverables

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables for team efforts.

3. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

4. maintain backlogs and analyse upcoming work for resource and schedule needs

5. track and maintain status in work tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure accurate representation of progress

6. Customize dashboards and workflows to provide actionable insights for teams and leadership.

7. Track and analyse team performance metrics, including velocity, capacity, and delivery rates.

Good to Have:

1. PMI–Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified SAFe (Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certifications or  

   Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

2. Excellent English communication (verbal/written) skills, with an ability to manage internal and external relationships up to senior level management.

3. Strong documentation skills - detailed tracking, metrics-based reporting and roll-ups, etc.
