Job Description

The Documentation Drafting and Matching is in charge of ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines.
The Documentation team’s primary function is to support the Trading and Sales desks through the drafting of OTC confirmations for all trades dealt with counterparties.
The team ensures a critical control role in the timely reconciliation of bookings with the confirmation and term sheet. The team is also responsible for notifying all post trade events with clients. The team ensures that all issues are controlled, reported and fixed by working closely with traders, sales, strategists, IT and Legal, Credit and Compliance.
The team is involved in process improvements with special focus on STP processing and management of risk and controls, new product initiatives and development of new business in all regions.
 
Main responsibilities:
• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products
• Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients
• Monitor workflows to ensure the confirmations are prioritized accordingly and ensure the timely dispatch of confirmations
• Met régulatoires timelines tarets
• Issue post trade events notifications to clients such as exercises, restructures and partial or total terminations
• Direct point of escalation internally on documentation / template queries
• Daily liaison with customers on discrepancies and assist in redrafting confirmations to meet their needs
• Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients
• Ensure the correct working of the matching electronic platforms
• Maintain effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other stakeholders through daily interactions
 
4. Qualifications / Education / Experience
 • Engineering / Business school graduates or equivalent
• Transaction processing and data capture
• Control- Risk Knowledge & Awareness
• Analytical and communication skills (Oral and writing)
• Client oriented
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork
• Adaptability
• Experience with a multicultural environment
• Pack Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Technical skills working with spreadsheets, databases and financial data is a plus
• Fluent in English
