HIL with Plant Model(NCS/Job/ 1711)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plant models for simulation of vehicle systems (e.g., powertrain, braking, steering).

• Design, configure, and maintain HIL test benches (dSPACE, NI, Vector, etc.).

• Create test cases and automate test execution for ECU validation.

• Work closely with software, hardware, and system teams to ensure proper integration.

• Analyze test results and provide feedback for debugging and resolution.

• Support continuous integration and regression testing activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with HIL systems such as dSPACE, NI Veristand, Vector VT System, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience in plant modeling using MATLAB/Simulink.

• Experience in automotive control systems and embedded software validation.

• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN, FlexRay.

• Familiarity with test automation, scripting (Python/MATLAB), and real-time simulation.
